Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

Certain sanitary or personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Return Approval

All returns require prior approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used items, final-sale products, and accessories may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
